All our dishes are made following authentic Mexican recipes and are prepared to order--never in advance! We use only quality ingredients and we prepare our food fresh daily. We use choice angus beef, fresh vegetables, fresh red snapper, extra lean pork loin, all white meat chicken, and pure vegetable oil with no trans-fat. We never use lard in any of our food.
